What we sell

We sell women's clothing printed with one-of-one designs. Each design is sold to a single customer: once any piece in a design is bought, the design is withdrawn from sale to everyone else. The buyer of a design may order further pieces in that same design from their account.

Every piece is made to order for you by our production partner. Colors on a screen differ slightly from printed fabric, and the placement of a design on a garment can vary by a small amount from the preview. The on-model photographs on this site are computer-generated illustrations of how a piece looks when worn; the flat product views show the actual print layout.

Orders and reservations

Adding a piece to your cart may reserve its design for a limited time, shown on the page. A reservation is a courtesy, not a sale: a design is yours only when your payment has been confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a design turns out to be unavailable; in that case you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown before you pay; any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. Production and delivery times are estimates, described on the Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will sort it out with the carrier.

Cancellations, size changes and returns

You can cancel an order from its page as long as production has not started. Because each piece is made to order, we do not take returns for a change of mind. We do remake a piece once in another size, free of charge, within 14 days of delivery (you pay $5.95 shipping for the new piece), and we replace or refund anything that arrives defective, damaged or wrong. The details are on the Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer law gives you where you live.

Your account

An account is optional. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what is done from your account.

Designs and intellectual property

Buying a piece gives you ownership of the garment, and our commitment not to sell that design to anyone else. It does not transfer the copyright or any other right in the design, the site or its images. You are welcome to share photos of yourself wearing your pieces.

Liability

We are liable for the pieces we sell you as the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim before your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you place an order applies to that order.
