What makes an OnlyOneOff piece unique?
Every design is generated by our own AI system and released exactly once. When a piece is bought, its design is retired from the whole shop and never produced again. You will be the only person who owns it.
A design comes on several pieces. What happens when I buy one?
The design is yours. Every other piece carrying it is removed from sale at the same moment. If you want the matching set, add the pieces to your cart together — you also save 10% on two pieces and 15% on three.
How are the garments made?
Each piece is made to order: the fabric is printed with your design, then cut and sewn. Nothing is produced in advance.
Where are they made?
By our production partners in North America and Europe. Orders shipped within the United States are made in North America.
How long until I receive my order?
Allow about one to two weeks in total: a few business days to make your piece, then standard shipping. See Shipping for details.
How do I choose my size?
Sizes are listed on each product page. If your piece does not fit, we remake it once in another size for free within 14 days of delivery (you only pay $5.95 to ship the new one) — see Returns.
Can I return a piece?
Because every piece is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Defective, damaged or lost orders are replaced or refunded. The full policy is on our Returns page.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the fault is ours, the maker's or the carrier's, we replace the piece free of charge.
What is the name on the inside label?
At checkout you can add a first name. It is printed on the inside label of your piece: “For …, by OnlyOneOff”.
