We take great care in crafting each garment, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.

To facilitate a prompt resolution, please provide your order number and enough clear photos of the issue to clearly illustrate the problem, as we cannot process claims without sufficient visual evidence.

We’ll provide a free replacement for any defective or damaged item if we verify that the issue is a result of our error, a manufacturing defect, or a problem with shipping.

Lost In Transport

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. If your item is lost in transport, please contact us using our contact form promptly. We’ll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and, based on the outcome and your preference, offer a refund or send a replacement.

Size Issues

As each garment is made-to-order, we want to ensure the perfect fit. If you experience a size issue, we offer one free size change within 14 days of receiving your order.

If more than one size change is needed for a given item, we’ll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs, but you’ll be responsible for any additional costs.

Our AI-driven designs and handmade craftsmanship ensure that every piece is unique, and we’re happy to work with you to find the perfect fit.

Customer Remorse

Please note that, due to the custom-made and unique nature of our garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on customer remorse.

As our products are made to order, in addition to being personalised at your name, they are also exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under EU rules (see Exceptions section in https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm).
This means that, unlike standard online purchases, you do not have the right to return our products within 14 days without justification.
